Performa The Last of Us Part 1 di PC saat ini masih dikatakan buruk. Naughty Dog sedang berfokus pada perbaikan performa untuk PC. Hotfix untuk beberapa permasalahan dirilis 4 April, sedangkan patch lebih besar dijanjikan akan rilis pada 7 April 2023.
