Gim mobile gacha rogue-like RPG “Project Neural Cloud” (PNC) telah mengumumkan kedatangan event berikutnya “Divine Heresy” yang akan rilis pada Rabu, 28 Desember 2022 besok untuk server Global.
IDGS, Selasa, 27 Desember 2022 – Event “Divine Heresy” di server global akan segera dirilis pada hari Rabu besok usai maintenance yang dimulai pukul 15.00 WIB dan berakhir pada pukul 16.30 WIB jika tidak ada gangguan tak terduga.

Doll ini adalah medic yang diciptakan khusus untuk mendampingi Hatsuchiri, maka dari itu tak heran apabila banner De Lacey dirilis sepekan sebelum banner dari Queen of the Deep.

Pasif: Surrogate Healing
- De lacey connects herself to the ally in the same row with the highest Adaptive Force at battle start, providing them with +40% additional Adaptive Force. Every 2 seconds, De Lacey heals the connected ally for 120% Calculation Power.
Adaptive Force: Either ATK or Calculation Power, based on which stat is highest.
Aktif: Analysis Chain (CD: 6 detik)
- Strengthens the connection between De Lacey and her ally, increasing its healing effect by 40%. Furthermore, deals Calculation Damage equal to 100% Calculation Power to all enemy units along the connection. The strengthened connection lasts 6s.
- Note: This is a persistent skill. De Lacey’s skill CD will not tick while the skill is active. This means the uptime is —50% at max rank.
Ultimate: Instrument Authority (CD: 30 detik)
- Launches cables that blasts the field with energy 5 times in 1 second intervals. Each instance deals Calculation Damage equal to 80% Calculation Power to all enemy units and shields all allied units for 250% Calculation Power. Shield amount refreshes upon re-application, but does not stack.
Review: Di server CN, De Lacey disebut-sebut sebagai banner bait (umpan) dan waifu. Ia menawarkan sinergi healing yang cocok bagi Hatsuchiri yang gemar menjelajahi map jauh meninggalkan teman-temannya. Mekanisme heal De Lacey yang berwujud “tethering” atau terikat pada targetnya memberi heal dan buff tanpa memerdulikan seberapa jauh Doll kawan yang telah di-tether sekaligus memprioritaskan Doll yang telah ter-tether tersebut.
Sekilas, mekanisme heal De Lacey sangat cocok bagi tim yang berorientasi pada dua Warrior damage dealer. Sayangnya raw stats De Lacey yang rendah untuk ukuran Doll ★3 membuat mekanisme tersebut kurang terlalu maksimal dibandingkan Medic Single-Target lainnya seperti Persicaria maupun Florence. Sedangkan untuk tim Sniper, Nanaka memberi heal dan buff stats yang jauh lebih tinggi ketimbang De Lacey.
Bagi kamu yang mementingkan performa dibandingkan selera, maka skip banner De Lacey dan fokus untuk mendapatkan Hatsuchiri.

The Queen of the Deep, Eldritch Terror of the Void. Hatsuchiri adalah perwujudan akan Warrior sempurna di PNC. Apa yang dibutuhkan seorang Warrior di dalam gim, Hatsuchiri memilikinya. MUST HAVE.

Pasif: Dive into the Dust
- Negates lethal damage once and triggers Dive after that. Dive Is also triggered at the start of battle. Dive: Dashes to the enemy farthest away, dealing physical damage and knock all surrounding enemies up
Aktif: Impaling Assault (CD: 6 detik)
- Deal Physical damage 3 times to the current target, the second hit releases an AOE dealing additional Derived physical damage to enemies around Hatsuchiri. If the current target dies, trigger Dive.
Ultimate: Old Soil (CD: 30 detik)
- Select an enemy, trigger Dive towards it and fill your Active skill gauge once.
Review: Hatsuchiri adalah Warrior broken yang berfokus membabat garis belakang musuh, sesuatu yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh para Professor di PNC. Dengan kemampuan uniknya “Dive” Hatsuchiri berteleportasi ke musuh terjauh, menghasilkan damage ke semua unit musuh yang berada di sekitar target sekaligus membuat mereka terpental ke udara selama 1 detik. Bayangkan kemampuan teleport, AoE Damage, dan crowd-control tergabung dalam satu skill pasif ini saja. Belum lagi saat melakukan Dive, musuh tidak bisa menarget Hatsuchiri.
Masih kurang? Dive juga punya mekanisme cheating death yang membuat Hatsuchiri akan menerima Heal sebesar 25% Max HP apabila terkena damage yang seharusnya membunuhnya. Meski efek ini hanya berlaku sekali dalam satu pertempuran, sudah sangat cukup untuk membuat Hatsuchiri meluluh lantakkan garis belakang lawan.
Masih kurang? Cooldown Dive sangat singkat untuk ukuran kemampuannya, hanya 6 detik saja! Masih kurang? Cooldown Dive akan reset jika target dari skill aktif Hatsuchiri mati.
Skill aktif Hatsuchiri juga sangat sakit. Terdiri dari 3 hit, hit kedua memberi AoE Derived Physical Damage ke radius 1 petak di sekitar target (tidak bisa dipantulkan maupun dikurangi oleh Damage Negation). Pada level maksimal, total skill aktif Hatsuchiri memberi damage sebesar 660% ATK ke lawan-lawannya.
Masih belum cukup? Ultimate Hatsuchiri memicu Dive ke target dan memberi damage fisik masif sebesar 1.600% ATK sekaligus mereset cooldown dari skill aktif!
Dengan segala kemampuannya, maka Hatsuchiri adalah Doll yang harus dimiliki oleh para Professor yang menganut pada meta karena Doll ini akan sangat mempermudah petualanganmu di konten-konten sulit seperti Black Hole atau Endless Exploration. Hanya ada dua Doll lain yang lebih gila dari Hatsuchiri, yakni Suiyoi dan Clukay. Namun keduanya diperkirakan masih lama datangnya ke server Global sehingga IDGS sarankan bagi kalian untuk menggacha Hatsuchiri di saat server Global masih terhitung baru.
